View Your Total Rewards Statement
- Click on your PROFILE.
- Click on the EMPLOYMENT SUMMARY tab.
- Click on the purple VIEW TOTAL REWARDS STATEMENT button.
- The default view will show you the total compensation so far this year.
- Click on DISPLAY YEAR PROJECTED to view the projected statement.
- Select past years from the Compensation Year drop down and click the blue GENERATE button to view past data.
- Salary (Note: if this isn't showing up in your TRS, ask your manager to make sure that all relevant salary fields are filled out)
- Days Off
- Employment Benefits
- Employment Perks
- Assets & Allowances
- Additional Benefits (not included in the calculations)
