Start a Challenge
- Click on the Wellness tab.
- In the left menu, click the blue Find a Challenge button.
- Click the blue More Information button on the challenge you want to join.
- Scroll down and click the purple + Start the Challenge button.
- Click "Invites" under Challenge Setup to invite coworkers.
- For Administrators, select "Participants" under Challenge Setup if you want individuals to automatically join a Challenge.
- Set the start and end dates.
- Add some extra fun with, “What are we playing for?”
- Click the blue Save Challenge button.
- Find your challenge under "Active Challenges."
Start a Challenge on the App
- Click the Wellness tab, then "Find a Challenge."
- Select and start a challenge.
- Click "Invites" under Challenge Setup to invite coworkers.
- Set the start and end dates, add some extra fun with, “What are we playing for?” and save the challenge.
- Find your challenge under "Active Challenges."
