Participate in a Challenge

• Click the Wellness tab, then "Active Challenges."
• Select the challenge to engage in.
• Access Challenge Guidance, Tasks, and Comment Wall by scrolling down.
• Complete daily tasks and log accomplishments for points.
• Use the Leaderboard tab to view rankings.

Participate in a Challenge on the App

• Click the Wellness tab, then "Active Challenges."
• Select the challenge to engage in.
• Access Challenge Guidance, Tasks, and Comment Wall by selecting the corresponding tabs on the right side. 
• Complete daily tasks and log accomplishments for points.
• Use the Leaderboard tab to view rankings.
