Note: Managers do not have access to employee's sensitive information. 
Sensitive information is found in the Employment & Compensation tab (ie. Position, Reports to, Employee #, Hour/Day, Hire Date, Termination Date, Division, Department, Location, Employment type, Benefits & Perks (such as RRSP contributions, insurance, CPP, WCB, etc), Salary, Bonuses, Time Off Entitlements). 

Manager 2 does not have access to send notifications, create events or add recruits.

This is where you can access individual employee profiles or send messages, texts, or account access.

Assets & Allowances

TRACK & MANAGE ASSETS & ALLOWANCES
You can create a catalogue of company assets and allowances and then provision them to your employees. Assets & Allowances are included in your employee's Total Reward Statement so they can better understand the value they receive as an employee.

PERFORMANCe

MANAGE GOAL-SETTING, CHECK-INS, & REVIEWS
We make it simple for you to help your employees understand business, team and individual goals and track their performance on those goals. The system provides the capability for supervisors and employees to participate in the entire process – from goal setting and regular check-ins to performance reviews.

Send reminders with specific due dates, notifications on changes in goals, and store any other performance related documentation or notes.
