CREATE A PERFORMANCE REVIEW TEMPLATE
Create Performance Template
As an administrator, you can create custom performance review templates in myExectras and assign them to employees when needed.
  • Click on the PERFORMANCE tab.
  • There are four different types of reviews available (goals, check-in, review, or report). Click the purple + icon beside the type of review that you want to create.
  • Fill out the name and description for the performance template.
  • Switch the toggle to YES under "Employee Response?" if you want the employee to respond to the performance review.
  • Click the purple PRE-DEFINED button to help you get started.
    • Use the toggles to select the pre-defined options you want to add to the template. You can also use the blue SELECT ALL button to select them all at once.
    • Scroll down click the blue ADD SELECTED GOALS TO TEMPLATE button.
  • Customize your performance review by creating your own statements using the blue + button.
    • Label: Enter the name of your question or statement.
    • Weight: Assign a numeric value to indicate the importance of the statement. A higher weight makes it count more toward the overall evaluation, while a lower weight makes it less significant compared to other statements.
    • Statement: Write the statement you want the employee and their manager to respond to.
    • Specifics: Use this textbox to type out more details (optional).
  • To remove any statements, use the - button on the right side.
  • Click SAVE PERFORMANCE TEMPLATE.
Make sure the Name, Description, Label, Weight, and Statement boxes are all filled out prior to saving.
