Administrators / ​Manage Employees / Explore the People Section / ​View Employee’s Compensation History or Edit Current Compensation/Salary
VIEW AN EMPLOYEE'S COMPENSATION HISTORY
View/Edit Employee Compensation
  • Go to your PEOPLE section.
  • Click on the name of the employee whose compensation history you want to view.
  • Click on their Compensation tab.
  • You can now view graphs and charts that display this employee's compensation data.
  • Note: only Administrators can see employee compensation.
EDIT EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION
Edit Compensation Details
  • Go to your PEOPLE section.
  • Click on the name of the employee whose compensation you want to add/ change.
  • Click on their Employment tab.
  • Click the purple EDIT EMPLOYMENT button.
  • Scroll down to the Salary section. Enter the "As of" date, the compensation amount, the period, and the number of hours worked per week. (Note: put an average amount of weekly hours if the employee's schedule is different each week.)
  • Note: if the employee's salary changes, DO NOT edit their existing salary information. Instead, add a second entry using the blue +SALARY button.
  • Press the SAVE EMPLOYMENT button when you are finished.
