ASSIGN A PERFORMANCE REVIEW
- Go to the PERFORMANCE section.
- Under PERFORMANCE SUMMARY you can see a list of all employees. Assign individual employees a performance review by using the toggle next to their name(s). Assign all employees a performance review by clicking the blue SELECT button at the top of the page.
- Once you have selected your employee(s), click the blue PERFORMANCE button at the top of the page.
- Select which performance review you want to assign them from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the date you want to assign the review for.
- Note: You can assign it multiple times and schedule it for future dates if it is a repeating review (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Choose a deadline date for the employee(s) to complete it by.
- Press the blue ASSIGN REVIEW button.
- If you are that employee's direct manager, press the purple BEGIN button to view the employee's response (if applicable) and to enter your own response. When you are finished, click the blue SAVE PERFORMANCE REVIEW button.
- If you are the administrator, press the VIEW button to look at the manager's and the employee's responses.
- Press the purple APPROVE PERFORMANCE REVIEW button when both parties have completed the review. Use the toggle if you want the employee to be notified.
- If the deadline is approaching and the performance reviews are not yet completed by the employee and/or their direct manager, you can send them a notification to remind them to complete it by clicking on the red Checkmark icon next to the deadline date.
- Note: Employees can edit their Performance Reviews right up until the administrator has viewed and approved it
