Administrators / ​​Assets & Allowances / Add Asset or Allowance
ADD ASSET OR ALLOWANCE
Add Assets or Allowances
To Add Asset/ Allowance:
  • Click into your PEOPLE section.
  • Click the purple + ASSET or + ALLOWANCE button under Assets & Allowances in the left menu.
  • Enter all applicable information such as name, description, make, model, spec, color, identifier, condition, and amortization details.
  • Upload a photo if you have one.
  • Type out any applicable searchable tags and click enter/return to add them.
  • Remember to press SAVE ASSET or SAVE ALLOWANCE.

To Edit Asset/ Allowance:
  • Click into your PEOPLE section.
  • Click the blue ACTIVE button under Assets & Allowances in the left menu.
  • Use the drop down under Refine Tags to search for applicable tags, or scroll down to view all of the Assets or Allowances in your company.
  • Edit any applicable information.
  • Remember to press SAVE ASSET or SAVE ALLOWANCE.
